Henry Clutterbuck & The Musicians of Bremen
(By Rob Ashman and Johnny Cartwright)

Henry Clutterbuck loves nothing more than making up stories with the things that people bring into his shop, Clutterbuck’s Curiosities. When somebody leaves him a suitcase full of old musical instruments and equipment his imagination is stirred.
Step inside Clutterbuck’s Curiosities, join Henry and The Musicians of Bremen on an exciting new adventure: A ukulele, tambourine, microphone and an old toy saxophone are transformed into Brothers Grimm’s famous characters; Donkey, Dog, Cat and Cockerel as they run away to Bremen Town to become musicians. But beware – a pair of dangerous robbers are on the loose. Can the four animal friends make it to Bremen without running into trouble?
So begins the greatest escapade of their lives in this classic fairytale of friendship and courage. Set in an old curiosity shop, inventive musical instrument puppets and a brilliant new musical score feature in Sea Legs Puppet Theatre’s brand new production for 2024.
Suitable for children age 3-11 and their families.
“Our audiences can’t get enough of Sea Legs’ shows. They love the beautifully crafted puppets, the lively, inventive storytelling, the colourful sets, the humour and occasional silliness. Younger children especially love being able to ‘meet the puppets’ after the show – and it’s a great pleasure as a theatre programmer to work with someone who’s so easy to deal with!”
